Laura is a teacher by trade, and she says that joining the band has certainly taught her a lesson. In fact, she is completely self taught, teaching herself to read, write and scuba dive. She is still the only member of the Jim Bowen (..of Bullseye fame) fan club, and once nearly won a speedboat. Super, smashing, lovely. She first realised she had a talent (…for singing) about twenty minutes ago and can also play the piano in Russian.
